All our fish is MSC caught, which means it is sustainable. We wash, peel, and cut our own chips on the premises from locally grown fresh potatoes. We have invested in the best possible frying equipment. Our frying range is designed to filter the oil as we cook ensuring clean, fresh, crispy fish and chips every time.
We also offer ‘A Touch of Spice’, delicious Donner and Chicken Kebabs. Grilled on a spit and served in a warm pitta wrap with a choice of salads and sauces.
We also specialise in large orders for quiz nights, parties, etc. Give us a call on 01296 337575 for a quote. Book as early as possible, slots go quickly. We provide cutlery, napkins, salt and vinegar and free delivery at a prearranged time.

We are a fourth generation fish and chip takeaway with origins in London. We made Aylesbury our permanent home in the 1970s and our shop on Mandeville Road was born in 1996. Lana and Alan kept seeing the empty property as they drove passed and thought it would make an ideal location. And just like that Hi–Tide Aylesbury was a reality. Sons Mark and Kyle, and daughter Emily all joined in. We soon started winning industry awards for our product.
